Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these terms and are confirming that you are 18 years or older.

  • ✧ DO NOT COPY, TRACE, SELL, REDISTRIBUTE, OR USE ANY OF MY MEDIA IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. ✧

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable with it, likewise, I will not take commissions or work with people who make me uncomfortable.

  • You may not alter my work, if you have something that needs to be fixed just reach out to me as I keep all the image files and their layers, I'm only human so if I missed a small important detail in your commission just send me the details and I will fix it for you.

  • If asking for corrections, please be clear on what you want fixed. Depending on how many corrections you ask for, an additional fee will be charged. Corrections after the piece is completed won't be made!

  • I am not opposed to adding in characters or elements after a piece is finished, as long as it is within reason and noted that some extra fees can be applied, likewise, if the alterations are on a larger scale and I have other commissions in queue, it will be placed to be worked on behind other said commissions and will not take priority.

  • Please be aware that I have other commitments outside of handling commissions. I strive to communicate with everyone in a timely manner and provide updates on commissioned work to the best of my abilities, However, I am just one person and may forget to communicate at times. If you notice that you haven't heard from me in a while or haven't received any updates on your current commission after a month, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

  • Additionally, please refrain from spamming me for updates or asking when the work will be completed. While I don't mind occasional inquiries for updates, constant spamming may result in the cancellation of your commission or the refusal to take future requests from you.

  • Lastly, once payment is received you will be given a flattened image of your commission in either .png or .jpg, I will not send out layered image files of the work.

If you can think it, I will do everything within my abilities to create it for you. However, some Art forms may become unavailable at times due to shipping complications, lack of resources, or I'm not in the mood.

Won't Do

  • I do not mind drawing nude nsfw art or scenarios depicting sex, but scenarios of SA/Rape or anything underage or Specific Fetish's are out of the question, DO NOT ask me to draw said scenarios.

  • SA/R*pe

  • Certain Fetish Arts(Scat, Vomit, etc.)

  • Underage Art

  • Political or Offensive Art

  • Extreme Self Harm/Suicide

  • Hate Symbols

Payments/Refunds

Details for payment are listed bellow if there are any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me.

  • It is preferred that all payments are to be paid upfront. However, if you need more time I can wait to recieve payment once the rough sketch is shown, If you cannot make payments upfront I will hold onto said work until funds are received, I know inflation is rough now a days and I want everyone to be able to have art of their own, but I am a one person operation and my art is what helps me to afford things such as food,gas,etc. I am all too familiar with the struggle bus so don't hesitate to tell me you need a little time to afford my work.

  • Sales are final. I do not give refunds after a commission has been completed.

  • I only accept payment in USD. I do not take any form of online currency or exposure.

  • I have the right to cancel your commission whenever I deem it necessary (i.e. if something goes wrong and I am unable to meet your commission requirement or if my Terms of Service have been violated). If your commission is already paid for and I have not started on it and need to cancel it, I will provide you with a full refund.

  • Likewise, If you have violated my terms of service and I have started working on your commission, and I have deemed it necessary to terminate, I will do so, and deduct the amount of pay for the work I have put into it already, I will provide you with any unfinished works(flat files) and refund whatever is left from what I deduct.

  • If you decide to cancel your commission before it is complete I will deduct the amount from payment for what I have already worked, and refund the rest.(As stated above, If I have not yet started on it a full refund will be provided).

  • Tips or additional payment are not obligatory but are always highly appreciated. By commissioning my art, you have already provided me with significant support, so there is no need to feel obligated to leave a tip.

  • If you have the ability to, please refrain from sending the payment under business or as an echeck, send under friends and family if given the option, so the tax is not taken out on my end.

Usage

These Are the Usage agreements that you consent to once you have commissioned work from me, please abide by these rules.

  • All work that is commissioned from me is intended for personal use exclusively. It is not permissible to derive profit from my work or claim it as your own unless any Commercial Usage was agreed upon prior to starting the commission.

  • Commercial Usage is only obtained through an agreed upon price or % of profit and must be talked about before the commission is started.

  • if any profit is derived from my work without my prior knowledge(for examples T-shirts,Video Game content,Media, etc.) then I am to be notified of such usage and to be given a cut of the poceeds or a % of incoming profit or other such compensation that is agreed upon, if I am not notified of any misusage then legal matters will be ensued.

  • Once the payment is finalized, the ownership of the work will be transferred to you. You are welcome to use it in any way you wish, except for commercial purposes, some permissible examples are: using it as an avatar, forum icon, social media avatar, or background/banner for your computer/apps. Please give proper credit by mentioning my name or linking to my accounts when necessary.

  • Any watermarks must remain visible and must not be cropped/edited out.

  • Permission from the owner of the characters must be obtained for all original characters featured in the commission. However, exceptions can be made if the artwork is intended as a gift or surprise for said person.

Adoption Rules

When you adopt from me, You CAN:

  • Create a story for them

  • Ask me to change parts of the design(This may not apply for some original species, reach out to me personally to discuss).

  • Breed/Pair them with anything(This may not apply for some original species, reach out to me personally to discuss)

  • Draw them

  • You may sell your adopts for as much as you bought them.(please let me know before being sold so I do not think anyone is stealing them).

When you adopt from me, you CANNOT:

  • sell them if they were free; DTA WTA RAFFLE ect.

  • Sell them for more then you bought them for.

  • -Hide/edit your comments on my adopts

  • -STEAL/TRACE my adopts

  • -Resell my adopts for over it's price or if it was free(Putting this out there again for those that do not listen).

  • -Constantly annoy me about something pertaining to my adopts

Rules of Payment for adopts

  • All money must be sent through paypal (click family and friends)

  • You will have 48 hours to send the points or money (unless payment plans are made)

  • If you do not pay within the time you have said, you must contact me or the adopt will go back up for sale.

  • For Trades: If you are paying with a custom design or a commission the adopt belongs to me until it is completed.

My favorite subjects include dragons, mythical creatures, nature, and anything related to fantasy. I have been drawing for over 20 years and started whenever I first learned how to hold a pencil, And I just never learned how to put it back down, I have been working to make this passion a career and have started my journey into digital art this past 3 years.
